I'm a multi-instrumentalist, ethnomusicologist, musician/singer and anthropologist originally from Kyrgyzstan and I am of Chechen descent. I became mostly blind due to heroin abuse causing cerebral hemorrage. I currently reside near Austin, Texas.
I've also studied sociology, economics and carpentry
I have fibromyalgia, which is an autoimmune disease. I get extreme muscular pain and tenderness in certain areas and fatigue. It's non-life threatening, but it can make daily life difficult
My name is pronounced MAH-DUH
I have the same IQ as Albert Einstein
I can play almost 40 different musical instruments
